ZeruaVan — Trial Web & PWA Application
ZeruaVan is a limited-scope trial application developed exclusively as a technical demonstration for evaluation purposes. Its goal is to showcase the capabilities, development quality, and potential synergies between Abolfazl Shirazi / Zerua Tech and Adrian (Vaneoo), as a possible foundation for future collaboration.
Purpose of This Trial
- Demonstrate end-to-end web and PWA (mobile-ready) application development skills
- Showcase data processing, mapping, user systems, and scalability potential
- Explore technical and product synergies with the Vaneoo ecosystem
- Serve as a sandbox for evaluating architecture, performance, and UX concepts
Data Source & Processing
The following data elements have been programmatically collected from park4night, strictly for technical demonstration purposes:
- Location coordinates
- Location title
- Description text
- First available photo of each location (when present)
- Place type
- Activities
- Services
To limit scope and volume, only the top 200 locations from the top 40 cities in Spain are included. This constraint is intentional and aims to demonstrate scraping, filtering, and data normalization capabilities rather than data completeness.
Image Processing
- All visible Park4night URL watermarks on photos have been removed using AI-based image processing
- This step demonstrates automated media preprocessing and AI-assisted pipelines
Map & Data Verification
The primary purpose of the interactive map is to enable visual comparison between the presented data and the original Park4night locations. This allows verification of:
- Scraping accuracy
- Geographical precision
- Data consistency and structure
User System & Simulation
All users shown in ZeruaVan are AI-generated. Their activities, including ratings, comments, and interactions, are:
- Randomly generated
- Used solely to test system behavior and infrastructure
- Designed to simulate real-world usage patterns
- Password for all users is "1234"
Gamification Layer
A basic gamification system has been implemented, including:
- User points
- Levels
- Badges
This system is intentionally minimal and modular, and can be significantly extended or redesigned in a full production version.
This trial application is not a final product. It is a technical proof of capability, intended to support discussion, evaluation, and exploration of future collaboration opportunities.
